COOKIE POLICY
In compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, this website informs you, in this section, about the policy for the collection and processing of cookies.
Said article establishes that service providers may use data storage and retrieval devices on the recipients’ terminal equipment, provided that they have given their consent after being provided with clear and complete information about their use, particularly regarding the purposes of the data processing, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
WHAT ARE COOKIES?
A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your computer when you access certain web pages. Cookies allow a website, among other things, to store and retrieve information about a user’s or their device’s browsing habits and, depending on the information they contain and the way you use your device, they can be used to recognize the user.
The user’s browser stores cookies on the hard drive only during the current session, occupying minimal memory space and not harming the computer. Cookies do not contain any specific personal information, and most are deleted from the hard drive at the end of the browser session (so-called session cookies).
Most browsers accept cookies as standard and, independently of them, allow or block temporary or stored cookies in their security settings.
Without your express consent—by enabling cookies in your browser— Rodrigo Dal Borgo will not link stored cookies to your personal data.
TYPES OF COOKIES
Cookies can generally be grouped into the following categories:
First-party cookies: Sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a device or domain managed by the website editor and from which the service requested by the user is provided.
Third-party cookies: Sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a device or domain not managed by the editor, but by another entity that processes the data obtained through cookies.
If cookies are installed from a device or domain managed by the editor but the information collected is managed by a third party, they are not considered first-party cookies.
There is also a second classification depending on how long they remain stored in the user’s browser:
Session cookies: Designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website. They are typically used to store information needed to provide the service requested on a single occasion (e.g., a list of purchased products).
Persistent cookies: Data remain stored in the device and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the cookie’s controller, which may range from a few minutes to several years.
Another classification is based on the purpose of the data collected through cookies:
Technical cookies: Allow the user to navigate a website, platform, or application and use different services, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identifying sessions, accessing restricted areas, remembering order items, completing a purchase, registering for an event, using security elements during browsing, storing multimedia content, or sharing content via social media.
Personalization cookies: Allow the user to access the service with predefined general features based on criteria such as language, browser type, or regional configuration.
Analytics cookies: Allow the controller to track and analyze user behavior on linked websites. Information collected through these cookies is used to measure site activity and create browsing profiles to introduce improvements based on usage data.
Advertising cookies: Enable the efficient management of advertising spaces on the website.
Behavioral advertising cookies: Store information about users’ browsing habits, allowing for specific profiles to display advertising tailored to them.
External social media cookies: Allow visitors to interact with content on different social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). They are created only for users of those networks. Their usage and data are governed by the privacy policy of the respective platform.
THIRD-PARTY COOKIES
Some of the cookies described above are stored by third parties on your device when you use our website. We have no control over these cookies or how third parties use them. They are used to allow the third party to provide us with a service, such as analytics.
By using this site, the User expressly accepts the processing of the information collected for the purposes mentioned above. The User also acknowledges knowing that they may refuse such processing by rejecting the use of cookies through the appropriate browser settings. However, blocking cookies may limit full functionality of the website.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google that measures and analyzes browsing behavior. In your browser, you may see cookies from this service. Based on the classification above, they are first-party, session, and analytics cookies.
Analytics provide data such as number of users, number of pages visited, visit frequency and duration, browser used, service provider, language, device type, and city associated with the IP address. This information helps us improve our services.
To ensure anonymity, Google truncates IP addresses before storing them, preventing the identification of individual users. Google Analytics does not collect personally identifiable data. Google may transfer information to third parties when legally required. According to Google Analytics service terms, Google will not associate your IP address with other data.
