Desarrollado entre 2021 y 2023, tuvo como objetivo fortalecer <b>la capacidad de formulaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas con un enfoque integral de gobierno<\/b> mediante la integraci\u00f3n de la prospectiva estrat\u00e9gica en el servicio p\u00fablico de Irlanda, con la meta m\u00e1s amplia de mejorar la coherencia de las pol\u00edticas y la preparaci\u00f3n para el futuro.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-13c714a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"13c714a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Acciones Clave<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9a96cc4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9a96cc4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\">El proyecto combin\u00f3 <b>dise\u00f1o de marcos, la formaci\u00f3n y casos de prospectiva aplicada<\/b>. Junto con las contrapartes gubernamentales, co-dise\u00f1amos un marco integrado de desarrollo de pol\u00edticas respaldado por una caja de herramientas de prospectiva, y elaboramos un informe de evaluaci\u00f3n, un plan de acci\u00f3n en prospectiva estrat\u00e9gica y un plan de estudios de formaci\u00f3n adaptado al uso gubernamental.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\">El desarrollo de capacidades fue central: impartimos talleres para altos cargos, profesionales de prospectiva y responsables de pol\u00edticas, al mismo tiempo que facilitamos comunidades de pr\u00e1ctica para sostener el aprendizaje entre pares. Para demostrar la prospectiva en acci\u00f3n, desarrollamos casos sobre el cambio demogr\u00e1fico, la estructura empresarial de Irlanda y los flujos de datos, todos ellos integrados en la Evaluaci\u00f3n Nacional de Riesgos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2e05153 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\"
