El foco estuvo en dise\u00f1ar y probar enfoques de gobernanza que permitan que el conocimiento de futuros generado a nivel de ecosistema alimente la pol\u00edtica nacional, conectando tanto el <b>nivel micro (actores y procesos)<\/b> y <b>nivel meso (instituciones y funciones)<\/b> de la gobernanza.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2836929 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"2836929\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Acciones Clave<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-44c2853 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"44c2853\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\">El proyecto combin\u00f3 <b>action research, la implicaci\u00f3n de actores (stakeholder engagement) y el dise\u00f1o de gobernanza<\/b>. Co-desarrollamos un modelo de gobernanza micro\u2013meso que inclu\u00eda procesos micro como la implicaci\u00f3n, la colaboraci\u00f3n y la anticipaci\u00f3n, junto con funciones a nivel meso como la orquestaci\u00f3n, la definici\u00f3n de marcos y la construcci\u00f3n de mercados.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"es-ES\">En colaboraci\u00f3n con la Agencia de Inversi\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Letonia (LIAA), llevamos a cabo un programa de dos a\u00f1os que incluy\u00f3 siete talleres de ecosistema y seis talleres de gobernanza, en los que participaron m\u00e1s de 80 actores en los \u00e1mbitos de <b>Movilidad Inteligente, Materiales Inteligentes y Fot\u00f3nica, Bioeconom\u00eda y Biomedicina<\/b>, adem\u00e1s de realizar m\u00e1s de 40 entrevistas en profundidad. Este trabajo produjo una <b>hoja de ruta en tres fases<\/b> (inicio \u2192 desarrollo y mantenimiento \u2192 cierre) con pasos aplicables para coordinar apoyos e integrar el conocimiento prospectivo
